India stands at a defining crossroads of ambition and opportunity. As our nation strides toward becoming a $5 trillion economy, the demand for world-class infrastructure, sustainable solutions, and digital transformation has never been more urgent. At Global Turner, we embrace this moment not merely as a business imperative, but as a profound responsibility to fuel India’s progress. For over a decade, we have committed ourselves to engineering excellence that bridges aspiration with reality—transforming industries while uplifting communities.

Our journey began in 2014 with a vision to redefine scale and complexity. Today, our legacy includes pioneering projects like the Chennai-Bengaluru Solar Highway (India’s first EV-enabled corridor), and Net-Zero commercial spaces. Through our Microsoft CoE in Bengaluru, we deploy AI to revolutionize pharma research and agricultural supply chains, impacting 12 million farmers. In partnership with 14 state governments, we’ve built 100+ "Smart Villages" with IoT-enabled healthcare and education—demonstrating that progress must reach the last mile.

Guiding every decision are three unwavering principles: Innovation, Integrity, and Impact.

We channel 8% of our revenue into R&D, driving breakthroughs like Elektree Mobility’s solar-powered EV stations and Nakshatra Stones’ blockchain-verified ethical gemstone platform. Yet innovation without ethics is empty. Our Zero-Compromise Charter ensures 100% compliance with Swachh Bharat and ESG mandates, transparent public-private partnerships, and gender-balanced leadership across 70% of projects. True impact, for us, is measured in tangible change: GeoCabs creating 5,000+ livelihoods for women drivers, AI-guided water systems saving 8 billion liters annually in drought-prone regions, and digital literacy programs upskilling 250,000 youth.

India’s ascent cannot be a solo endeavor. We salute our government’s visionary policies like the National Infrastructure Pipeline and PM GatiShakti, our global allies including Microsoft and Siemens, and the 200+ grassroots innovators nurtured at our CoEs. When GVK built the Nagarjuna Sagar Dam, it taught us that infrastructure is nation-building. We honor that legacy—but with AI-driven cranes and carbon-negative concrete.

Looking ahead, our priorities are clear. By 2027, we will launch 10 GW renewable energy parks, scale AI-powered rural telemedicine to 30 states, and export Gujarat’s smart city model to the Middle East. Our ₹22,000-crore investment plan for 2047 pledges that no Indian will walk more than 1 km for clean water, power, or digital services. This includes 500 AI-assisted diagnostic centers, 15,000 km of intelligent highways, and circular-economy pharma plants slashing waste by 45%.

None of this would be possible without our 48,000 employees—the engineers, data scientists, and sustainability champions who live by our ethos: "Build like it’s your mother’s home." Their ingenuity drives 70% of our process patents, while partnerships with IITs/IIMs future-proof their skills. As India’s leader in disability employment (14% of our workforce), we prove that inclusive growth is non-negotiable.

In closing, India’s tryst with destiny is now. At Global Turner, we wield cement and code with equal conviction to construct a nation where progress is measured not just in GDP, but in grandmothers video-calling grandchildren from remote villages, farmers predicting monsoons via smartphones, and every girl stepping into an e-bus driven by a woman engineer. We build. We transform. We honor Bharat.
